Copenhagen-based healthtech company Teton.ai has raised $20 million in a funding round led by Plural, an Estonia- and London-based investment firm. The round also drew participation from Bertelsmann Investments, Antler Elevate, and Nebular, along with follow-on backing from PSV Tech, the company announced on Tuesday.
Teton.ai develops AI-driven “digital twin” technology for care homes, using computer vision to monitor residents, staff, and facilities. The system provides real-time insights to improve care outcomes and efficiency in elder care settings.
The company said it plans to use the fresh funding to expand nationwide in the United States, strengthen its European operations, and further advance its predictive AI solutions for healthcare.
