Reps Launches Enterprise AI Platform to Close the Execution Gap Between People and AI
TL;DR
- Reps, a pioneer in Enterprise AI for Execution Readiness, today announced the launch of its platform purpose-built for an era where work is done by people and AI together - equipping people to work with AI, and AI to work with people.
Reps Launches Enterprise AI Platform for Execution Readiness
Reps, a startup focused on Enterprise AI for execution readiness, on Tuesday announced the launch of its platform designed for a workplace where people and AI operate side by side.
As AI accelerates the pace of work, enterprises are confronting a growing challenge: Speed doesn’t fix execution — it magnifies existing weaknesses. Reps aims to help companies build, measure, and scale execution readiness before inefficiencies turn into large-scale failures.
“During my time at McKinsey and Oracle, I saw a recurring pattern: Strategies break down because readiness is invisible,” said Bhakti Vithalani, founder and CEO of Reps. “AI can scale preparation — or it can scale mistakes. By making readiness measurable, Reps equips people and AI to execute with confidence.”
Execution as a Trainable Skill
Reps is built around the idea that execution is a muscle that can be trained, measured, and scaled. The company defines execution readiness as the ability to turn strategy into action with speed and repeatability — much like athletic performance improves through repetition.
The platform provides a low-risk environment for preparation before outcomes are on the line, emphasizing readiness rather than employee surveillance, according to the company.
Making Readiness Measurable
Reps captures preparation data ahead of critical moments, such as practicing with AI assistants via screen recordings, drafting proposals, or recording voice notes with field insights. By analyzing these multimodal signals, the platform creates what Reps describes as a missing data layer for execution — surfacing what works, what’s changing, and where breakdowns occur.
Traditional enterprise tools like CRM and ERP systems measure customers and resources after the fact. Reps argues that this leaves leaders without real-time visibility into whether people and AI are actually ready to execute. Its platform is designed to close that strategy-to-execution gap.
“A great strategy and vision mean nothing when the organization can’t successfully execute,” said John Chambers, founder and CEO of JC2 Ventures and former CEO of Cisco Systems, who is also an investor in Reps. “Reps introduces decision-grade data that makes execution adaptable and scalable in an era where people and AI must work seamlessly together.”
A New Layer of Execution Infrastructure
The Reps platform is built around three core components:
-
Reps Profiles, which create verifiable, portable records of execution progress over time
-
Reps Exchanges, which turn proven practices and tribal knowledge into shared intelligence that both people and AI can learn from in real time
-
Reps APIs, which act as a “pre-flight” layer to route work to execution-ready people or AI, orchestrate handoffs, and personalize AI behavior
According to the company, Reps has captured and analyzed more than 2.6 million multimodal “reps” across areas such as go-to-market execution, AI fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. Reps claims results validated through A/B testing, including nine-times faster product launches, 90% AI proficiency achieved within four weeks, and a 135% improvement in partner activation.
The startup counts Google Cloud, Accenture, and Tata Steel among its customers.
“We see a lot of cutting-edge technology, but the real challenge is knowing where to apply it for real impact,” said Kishore Durg, lead for Accenture’s LearnVantage initiative. “Reps addresses a major gap by ensuring the shift to an AI-powered workforce delivers measurable business outcomes.”
Organizational psychologist and Wharton professor Adam Grant, an advisor to Reps, said the platform helps organizations identify where AI can be most effective — and build the readiness required to use it well.
“Most leaders know AI matters, but few know how to deploy it,” Grant said. “Reps surfaces what actually works and helps people and companies build the capability to execute.”
